Over the past year or so, I've had to be closely involved in 3 home sales, in 3 states with 3 different real estate agents. Kendra and Lindsay were hands down the best of them all. Most brokers will do the basics of listing the home in the best light and then field offers and manage paperwork. However, Lindsay and Kendra went way above and beyond. In particular, I appreciated their knowledge of the neighborhood and the rapidly changing RE environment, patience in walking us through the paperwork, guidance in handling an estate sale, and checking in on the home itself as it was empty. Their communication was clear and timely. I'm so glad we had Kendra and Lindsay help us through what could have been a difficult and painful process. Highly recommend!
